The best, but. . . . .
"I really like the backpack; it is very practical and easy to pack. The only issue I have with it is that the valve does not hold the vacuum properly, so I cannot compress my clothes effectively. The valve has been continuously leaking since the very first use. I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done. They only suggested that I rearrange the clothes inside the backpack. I followed their advice and even tried packing fewer clothes, but unfortunately the problem remains exactly the same. It seems that the valve itself is faulty, and I don't know what else I can do about it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I really like the backpack otherwise, but without a properly functioning vacuum valve, I cannot use one of its main features. I am not sure what the solution could be in this situation."

Problème de roulettes
"Le sac est top mais après un an d’utilisation, les roulettes sont usées et font un bruit terrible. J’ai regardé pour les démonter mais tout est serti. Une version avec changement de roulettes serait bien venu."

I send it back, but…. .
"With the bag is nothing wrong, but I prefer the smaller one, so I send back this model, the carry-on. Unfortunately I got the Airback back from the dhl sending, a return-to-sender. I don’t know what went wrong. I’m sad about the difficult retour policy."

Not as Advertised
"Very disappointed in this bag. Besides being extremely heavy empty the Flex seems to be missing features noted on the original carry on. No room for shoes, the other pockets have no gussets so you can only pack flat items. No hidden compartment and no vertical luggage strap so I assume I can’t order the hip belt. Also toiletries bag is heavy and doesn’t hold much. ."

Fantastic, very practical
"I love the backpack. I used it as personal item for my flight to the States. It fitted perfectly well under the seat and was accepted as personal item. I could pack a lot of things in it, so it allowed me to carry many things with me. I really love it."

A sturdy, well produced, innovative piece of hand luggage.
"I well constructed, sturdy, innovative piece of luggage, although I noted that the exterior material has tended to mark rather easily, however I realise that these aforementioned backpack is intended to be used thoroughly and not a show piece or ornamental. The marks as a result of the rigours of use during travel will only add to the bags charector with everymark telling a story."

"I recently received the Airback Go and I'm really impressed so far. The build quality feels premium, it's comfortable to carry, and the vacuum compression system is surprisingly effective—it creates a lot of extra packing space without much effort. sac sous vide cassé
"Je l'ai acheté il y a quelques mois en prévision d'un futur voyage qui est arrivé. Je constate qu'en essayant le sac sous vide, que la fermeture éclaire est cassée. Donc pas de partie sous vide 😒"

"Je l’ai reçu il y a peu, je ne l’ai pas encore utilisé en conditions réelles mais il a l’air de tres bonne qualité, livraison rapide et au premier coup d’œil on comprends que c’est de la qualité. Franchement parfait pour voyager."
