The best, but. . . . .
"I really like the backpack; it is very practical and easy to pack. The only issue I have with it is that the valve does not hold the vacuum properly, so I cannot compress my clothes effectively. The valve has been continuously leaking since the very first use. I contacted customer service about the issue, but unfortunately nothing was done. They only suggested that I rearrange the clothes inside the backpack. I followed their advice and even tried packing fewer clothes, but unfortunately the problem remains exactly the same. It seems that the valve itself is faulty, and I don't know what else I can do about it. Unfortunately, the warranty has already expired. I really like the backpack otherwise, but without a properly functioning vacuum valve, I cannot use one of its main features. I am not sure what the solution could be in this situation."

Nice concept, but very painful for women
"I want to love this backpack, but it is incredibly heavy and the support straps in the front are definitely made with men in mind and are unkind to my chest area. Additionally, when packing my lunch, I realized that everything must be put sideways, which has resulted in several spills in the bag. There are several design choices I appreciate about the bag, and the air compression is a wonderful feature, but my back is definitely suffering. For the price, I do not think this is worth it, especially for women."

2 year experience
"I have 2 airbacks, a small one (gifted by friends, my suggestion) and a big one bought ot my self. So 2 years using them i can tell they are elegant, amazing materials, you can put a lot in them BUT as a persin who lives in europe its not well suited to low cost airlines like vueling, easyjet, ryanair. They get sot riggides so you cant fit them that easily under the seats. Don't get me wrong you should buy them, i used them to put in my car or international traveling. My big bag i used it as a carry on when ever i dont want wheels. I was going to get a carry on with wheels but i have the impression they are too big for europe travel."

Problème de roulettes
"Le sac est top mais après un an d’utilisation, les roulettes sont usées et font un bruit terrible. J’ai regardé pour les démonter mais tout est serti. Une version avec changement de roulettes serait bien venu."

I send it back, but…. .
"With the bag is nothing wrong, but I prefer the smaller one, so I send back this model, the carry-on. Unfortunately I got the Airback back from the dhl sending, a return-to-sender. I don’t know what went wrong. I’m sad about the difficult retour policy."

Not as Advertised
"Very disappointed in this bag. Besides being extremely heavy empty the Flex seems to be missing features noted on the original carry on. No room for shoes, the other pockets have no gussets so you can only pack flat items. No hidden compartment and no vertical luggage strap so I assume I can’t order the hip belt. Also toiletries bag is heavy and doesn’t hold much. ."

Fantastic, very practical
"I love the backpack. I used it as personal item for my flight to the States. It fitted perfectly well under the seat and was accepted as personal item. I could pack a lot of things in it, so it allowed me to carry many things with me. I really love it."
